Transforming our institutions is about changing our culture and climate. Do you believe in ending the school-to-prison pipeline? Do you want to promote racial equity, healing, harmony and connections?
Come be inspired and learn how to promote a Restorative Justice in our homes, schools, organizations, spiritual centers, and criminal justice system! Justice is relevant to all aspects of our lives — in how we parent, teach, supervise, and engage in our relationships.
Restorative Justice is an approach to conflict that focuses on accountability — what harm was done, who bears responsibility for the harm, how the harm impacts the larger community and how the matter can collectively be put right and all of the relationships healed and restored. It empowers the community voice and initiates change. Restorative Justice is for everyone! It is a game changer.
In this hands-on workshop you will learn about current applications, experience restorative process and leave with skills and tools that you can apply immediately.
