Experience the magical meditation technique of Yoga Nidra. In the practice of Yoga Nidra, also known as «Yogic Sleep», you learn to come into a deeply relaxed state between awake and asleep. In this state, you are able to release negative emotions, reset stress levels, set powerful intentions of transformation, and increase energy levels. Yoga Nidra allows the central nervous system to operate at a subconscious level to allow for maximum restoration and absorption of information.
Closing out this magical experience, you will be surrounded by a grounding serenade of Root Chakra vibrations through the power of the crystal singing bowl.
