Equine welfare and well-being is at the top of the list for most of us horse owners. Join us in this class by Alayne Blickle of Horses for Clean Water to learn what’s best for horses as well as what’s eco-sensitive. We will cover site design, fencing and footing options, feeders, choosing the right shelter—as well as dealing with drainage and reducing mud.
Enrichment opportunities for the horse—ways to make his surroundings less static and more stimulating—will be at the heart of this workshop. Get tips to make your place chore-efficient and horse healthy.
BONUS: Presentation and discussion about mustangs at the end. Learn about America’s wild horses!
