Using a combination of yoga, collage imagery and journal work, this workshop will seat us in our physical bodies and provide clarity for the path ahead.
Malory Graham (Yoga Instructor) and Diane Kane (Professional Coach) will take you on a two-hour body/mind journey to get grounded, connect to your core and gain clarity about what needs attention in your life right now. Come prepared to use your right brain and your body to uncover what has you stuck and what living your full potential with intention may look like.
