INCREASE BODY CONTROL AND DECREASE THE RISK OF INJURY.
Trail Running is a demanding sport. With uneven surfaces, rocks, roots, steep climbs and descents, there is no shortage of obstacles one might face on a demanding trail.
Whether you’re a weekend warrior or competing athlete, you can't perform at your best if mobility restrictions, joint pain, or stability issues hold you back.
Designed specifically for trail-runners, this workshop is geared towards increasing articular strength and neurological control of the hips, knees, ankles, and feet. This approach will enable you to train more efficiently and eliminate restrictions that cause compensation patterns which often lead to overuse injury. The result? A more stable and powerful stride to keep you moving on the trail faster and further.
These movements will prove to be beneficial exercises to complement your training regimen and keep you running at your full potential, no matter the unforeseen obstacle you may encounter on the trail!
