Yoga has been studied and shown to help reduce the severity of depression on a biological level. This workshop is for anyone looking for resources and tools to manage their dark days, and for people who want to better understand how to help loved ones with depression using yoga and mindfulness as the primary healing sources. Join us for this impactful practice led by Hope Clunie.
Included: Hope will share her story, present information on the biology of depression and practical information about how yoga can be used to support struggles with depression, and will lead a gentle practice with breathing and poses.
Date: Saturday, June 3rd, from 2 — 4:00pm
Pricing: $30 for 2-hour session, $25 for annual/monthly members. Maximum of 12 attendees.
