Celebrate the start of summer at W Seattle with—what else—rosé! Enjoy a 3-course seated dinner specially crafted by TRACE Chef Steven Ariel to pair beautifully with an array of rosés from Woodinville Wine Country. Toast with friends to the end of Seattle’s gray days, then start dinner with pan seared scallops over a baby lettuce and “green goddess” salad, followed by an entrée of grilled halibut and local asparagus with a garlic prawn butter sauce. A delightfully-light berry pavlova, topped with a basil chia seed sauce, rounds out the summertime menu. Each course will be paired with a local rosé by Woodinville winemakers.
