The use of femme floorwork in dance is a powerful tool for performers to exercise body control, show off flexibility and expand feminine movement. In the first half of class, Tracey and Alyssa will guide you through basic floorwork techniques. After learning floorwork foundation, you will work on applying it into fun and engaging exercises that will allow you to feel comfortable and sexy while moving on the floor.
Recommended Attire: Form fitting clothing and knee pads; heels are optional but encouraged.
