E. Smith Mercantile welcomes chefs from around the globe for a very special one night culinary experience. The Merc is cleared and we set large family style tables to make way for multiple courses of chef magic.
Pre-Order your tickets now, seats are limited. Table seats are for general admission to our family style table and include an amuse cocktail and our full course offering (gratuity and additional beverages are not included). An optional cocktail pairing menu as well as a la carte selections will be offered the night of the event.
Featuring the floral and forage inspired culinary delights of Rich Coffey, Seattle's first certified cicerone and experienced local chef. His previous work has been with La Bonne Franquette, Madison Park Cafe, and Campagne. Each course will be expertly paired with beers and beer cocktails featuring Propolis Brewing's wildcrafted brews.
