Chef Chris Plemmons, Director of the Culinary Arts Program at Olympic College, will be holding two cooking demonstrations at the market, showing how to use local market ingredients for simple, delicious meals. Classes at 5:00pm and 6:00pm in the ‘Chef at the Market‘ booth. Stick around after the demo for a taste of what he has created!
Chef At The Market is an opportunity for local chefs to demonstrate simple and delicious food, using local ingredients from our farmers at the market, and give our customers the opportunity to sample their creations. The goal is to share easy recipes you can make at home, sometimes showcasing unusual ingredients.
