From the roller to the bolster, this class will help you lengthen your fascia so that you can melt into the support of restorative yoga and truly rejuvenate your body.
We will use an assortment of myofascial release tools to reduce knots, lengthen muscles, and minimize tension before resting our newly opened body into deeply relaxing and supported restorative yoga postures.
