Limited to 25 people! Join us — this is a great way to wind down the week, get your mind relaxed, provide your body some self care of stretching, and then recharge with some new friends over a glass of wine. This is open to the public, we'll have a lounge set up with games, healthy snacks, vino, music, and a place to just hang out and have some fun after the pilates. The purpose is to build community, create new in-person friendships, help deliver some self care and recovery from our stressful 'always connected' lives,and support an amazing charity.,

Makindu Children’s Program is a charitable non-profit organization that operates a day resource facility in eastern Kenya providing life changing services for AIDS affected, orphaned and vulnerable children. The Center provides direct aid to children in the form of healthcare, payment of school fees and associated costs, opportunities for vocational training, nutrition, social services, HIV education, medical treatment and medication. The children live in the community with guardian families who care for them and assist in providing for their basic needs.
$20 provides food for two children for one month
$40 provides food, education, healthcare for one child for one month.
This includes all of their tuition and fees, boarding costs, uniform, school and personal supplies, transport, medical care, and three meals per day.
$50 provides 100 nutritious meals
$100 provides milk for 100 children for one month
