The Mews September Seattle Tour ends here. We would love to see you. Doors at 8:00. Consider making a reservation to ensure seating. (A reservation requires some level of dining.)
The Mews’ music is sometimes delicate, sometimes dreamy, sometimes dense, often danceable, and somewhat quirky. In the rush of years before The Mews came together in a basement in Upper Rainier Beach, they played in bands such as Juned, Two Nice Girls, Empire Way, and The Long String Instrument Sunday-Sessions Band. In even earlier times, some of them played in school orchestras and bands, and sang in bell and church choirs, which afforded them precious formative experiences they will never forget.
The Mews: Pam Barger on drums and vocals, Claudia Groom on guitar and vocals, Shelli Markee on bass and vocals, and Frances Woods on violin, keyboard, and vocals.
