Cultivating a Gratitude Practice is an opportunity to examine how gratitude plays a role in each of our lives. Join Laura at a private Seward Park residence to meditate, share conversation and practice yoga (inside and outside). This 2 1/2 hour class will have a little of everything. Please bring a notebook and yoga mat and wear light, comfortable clothes. This class is limited to 12 students. Upon registration, you will receive the address for this class.
