Healthy feet are critical to an active lifestyle! You're invited to join the Tacoma Center YMCA for an exclusive workshop on Saturday, August 19 from 12-2:30pm in the Group Exercise Room. This workshop is designed to help participants of all activity levels by demonstrating techniques to hydrate, strengthen, and improve the flexibility of your feet.
*Please note, we will be working barefoot. If possible, bring a nice pair of soft socks just in case you need extra cushion.
