Physical and Energetic Anatomy:
Our core body consists of NINE different layers of deep stabilizing muscles. To effectively condition each part of the core, we must understand the synergy between all of these areas. The Solar Plexus chakra governs the health of our gut, and also our «gut instinct». During a guided meditation, we will sift through the messages of our truest self, and look at life through the lens of pure will power and acceptance.
Connect to Your Body Through Movement:
We will run through several different types of exercise, with influences from the Hot Feet Fitness repertoire--vinyasa yoga, HIIT, and Barre.
How you breathe matters! Learn how and when to breathe to maximize what you put in, and what you get out of your workout.
Come prepared to SWEAT! Light snacks, water, and comfortable workout clothes are suggested. Space is limited.
