Ever wanted to try foraging for wild foods but worried about what’s safe to eat? Join experienced forager and writer Jeremy Puma of the Seattle Farm School for this Basic Introduction to Urban Foraging. We will discuss the principles of foraging safely and ethically, learn a few abundant wild edibles and discuss how to prepare them, and discover how you can expand your foraging skills beyond the scope of this introduction.
