in this workshop we will spend two hours unravelling stuck connective tissue (fascia) specifically in the upper-body. join us to learn new techniques not covered in top to toes (our full body roll-out) and to review a few favorites!
you will experience the profound benefits of myofascial release through self-massage for your head, neck, shoulders, back, arms, ribcage and core. we will work with 3 sizes of pliable and grippy yoga tune up® therapy balls that bring relief, awareness and understanding to our painful places of muscle and fascial tension and you will leave with the insight you need to integrate yoga tune up® ball therapy into your daily-wellness practice.
this workshop is truly for every body — no experience needed. if you have neck or shoulder tension, discomfort in your back, tension headaches, tmj, digestive troubles or want help breathing more deeply, you really won’t want to miss this one!
