This 75-minute Flow-style class will shake out the old and energize the new…after the holiday headache is gone and all the decorations are put away. A 30-minute guided meditation with journaling session will help you find the driving forces to create an intention that will stick with you all year. Complete with an extra-long savasana and gentle, hands-on assists.
All levels welcome.
