Recommended for children ages 5-10.
Join the wild rumpus! At this exciting outdoor camp your child will explore color, song, dance, movement, visual art, nature, and story drama! In the morning campers will create a hands-on art project inspired by Maurice Sendak. We will get to use different art materials which may include collage, paint, clay, chalk, pastels, nature rubbings, etc. In the afternoon we will be creating our own original play inspired by “Where the Wild Things Are” and other fantastical fables to share with friends and family on the final day.
Camp is held in the beautiful new amphitheater at Edmonds Frances Anderson Center, and we have use of a wonderful play structure and will be surrounded by trees as we enjoy both sun and shade!
